From M23 take the Junction 9 Exit and drive into the terminal that you are departing from.

For South Terminal: You will bear round to the right following signs to car rentals. There are 3 lanes as you approach the tunnel under the Terminal building. Take the LAST lane marked "Passenger Drop Off" and proceed to the far end and pull into the right hand side. This is also your meeting point on your return. This LAST lane sometimes gets very choked with traffic so on your RETURN please look across to the THIRD lane as we may return your vehicle there.

For North Terminal: You will bear round to the right taking the right lane and following the signs to arrivals. Do not go to upper level you will enter the tunnel under the terminal building. go to the end and wait on the left side of the lane opposite the car rental offices.

From M25 either take the M23 Exit and follow as before or take the A217 Exit (JCT. 8) and follow the A217 through Reigate to Gatwick. follow the signs to airport terminals.

As you approach Junction 9 Exit - or 10 minutes before you arrive at the terminal: give us a call on numbers 07767 768271 or 07513 935315.

Your Representative will present you with a document containing your personal details and ask you to sign it. On your return you will be asked to sign the same document again and the signatures must match. Otherwise a passport must be shown relating to your details.

Between the hours of 23.00 hrs and 04.00 hrs we ask you to kindly drop your Driver back to the Car Park as this will help ensure your vehicle is delivered on time. This is due to delayed flights frequently stacking up through the night and this in turn has caused vehicle delivery delays. A surcharge is chargeable between these hours if you are unable to do this. We are literally only 4 minutes from both Terminals and we are located on your way out to the Motorways.
